By making a commission request you are aggreeing to the following general information regarding my rules, including:
• Types of Requests I Will and Won't take
• Payment Terms

I Will draw...
• Furry / Anthro Characters: Any Species, even if its specific• Original Characters (OC's): Including Lore-Based Designs• Humanoid / Humans: Any Gender Expression and Body Shape• Fanart: Games, Shows, etc.• Suggestive Content: Pin-ups, and such. Be specific!!• Gore / Horror: Stylized blood or Body horror. Don't expect me to go crazy tho•Story Illustrations / Scenes: Based on client provided lore or script
I Won't draw...
(Things I am not comfortable with or don't want associated with my work)• NSFW: P*rn. I know what you are.• Anything Involving Minors or Non-Adult Characters: Absolutely not• Incest / Racist / Hate Content / Bigotry: Zero Tolerance• Complex Machinery: Skill Issue• Real People: Celebrities, Influencers, or Client Selfies• Politcal / Religious: Not My Cup of Tea• Extreme Fetish Content: Scat, Vore, and others depending• Copying Another Artist Style: No Redraws of other artists work• AI Designs / Traced Conecepts: Zero AI Tolerance

Payment Terms
All payments will be made through my Kofi ONLY! (Linked on Main Page). I will NOT accept cryprocurrentcy, gift cards, exposure, or any other substitute payment.Payments are to be made in full, Upfront before I begin any work. Said money will not he spent, while the commission is active, in case of Cancelations or Refunds.All Prices are listed in USD. The client is responsible of any currency conversion or transaction fees.
Refunds and Cancelations
If the client cancels their commission a refund will be offered, total return will vary depending on the progress of the commission.• 100% Refund will be offered if no work has been started on the cleints commission.• 50% Refund will be offered after the Sketch as been completed.• 0% No Refunds after work is colored, or nearly complete.I hold the right to Cancel and refund any commission at any time due to personal emergencies, Harassment, or ToS violations.
Process and Turnaround
Work Phase:
Thumbnails > Refined Sketch > Color > TouchesTypical Turnaround can be 1-3 days or even 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity and queue. Larger pieces may take extra time.The Queue will be listed in order of payments received.You will receive updates on major stages. If you, the client, takes longer then 3 days to respond I will postpone your commission and move on to other clients until you get back to me. I will not proceed on your commission without your approval, and you will be re-entered into the Queue apon next response.Rush Orders may be accepted for an additional 50% fee. Turnaround will be 48-72 hours if agreed upon
Revisions
Revisions can be made at anytime during the Thumbnail and Sketch phase. Any Revisions after the piece is original complete will require additional fees. I will not charge you if its something simple like the colors.Again, if a reply on a revisions is not received within 3 days I will move on and you will be re-entered into the Queue upon next response.
Copyright and Usage
I, as the artist, retain all copy right on any art pieces made and may use them in my Portfolio, Social Media, etc.The client may use purchased work in personal use only. Icons, profile pictures, etc. DO NOT claim my work as your own, edit the work, or mint as a NFT. You will be Blacklisted.Commercial use requires further discussion and possible additional fees (Specifically what counts as commercial)
